About Aloka Yoga (Clare / Kriya)
Clare has a Diploma in Yoga teaching from the Satyananda Yoga Academy, Mangrove, and has taught at schools such as the Manly Yoga and Meditation Centre, Yoga by the Sea, and Ability Education.
Her classes welcome everybody, catering to the various needs of students within each class. Her classes have the holistic Satyananda approach to yoga, including the practices of asana (physical), pranayama (breathing), meditation, and deep relaxation (Satyananda Yoga Nidra).
