Booking Information
A discount of 10% is offered off all retreats if bookings are made online and all fees are paid in full 7 days before arrival. Full payment must accompany all bookings (and is preferred at least two weeks in advance for all programs).

Please note: Bookings cannot be accepted with less than 24 hours notice.
Families and children
Children are welcome at Mangrove Yoga Ashram and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. If you wish to attend classes whilst at the centre, please bring someone along to care for your child while you are in class. Children above 8 years of age may be able to accompany you to some classes as long as they do not disturb the class.
There is a special pricing structure for children which is as follows:
For Family Yoga
Children under 3 years are free.
Children 3 to 17 pay the children's fee (half of the adult fee).
Any 2nd adult in the family coming to Family Yoga program also pays half the adult fee.
During Personal Retreat Stays
Children under 5 are free.
Children between 5 and 17 are half of the adult fee.
Children accompanying adults who are attending a Structured Retreat pay at the Personal Retreat Stay Rate.
Structured Retreats
Some of our structured retreats may be suitable for attendance by children 8 years and over, e.g. some of the yogic arts, kirtan, havan etc.
Please phone reception to discuss the suitability of a particular retreat for your children.
Many of our retreats are suitable for teenagers aged 15 or older (accompanied by an adult).
Children who attend structured retreats pay 50% of the adult fee for the course.
Special Accommodation
Children accommodated in single, twin or ensuite rooms pay 50% of the adult fee for the accommodation surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
For transfers:
With 72+ hours notice: full fee is transferable for use within 12 months
24 to 72 hours notice: 75% of fee is transferable for use within 12 months
Less than 24 hours notice: full fee is forfeited
For refunds:
With 72+ hours notice: 75% of fee is refundable
24 to 72 hours notice: 50% of fee is refundable
Less than 24 hours notice: full fee is forfeited
No refund or transfer is available for early departure or late commencement.
We aim to provide the highest quality of teaching, no refund is available if you are dissatisfied with a course or found it was not what you expected.
