Navaratri is considered to be one of the most auspicious times for spiritual sadhana. At this time, nature is in transition and the body and mind also undergo a metamorphosis. This potent nine night mantra sadhana invokes the qualities of the divine mother in her various Shakti forms.
Illuminate this power within, drawing from Vedic and Tantric texts, the use of mantra, yantra, mandalas and riveting stories of creation. Take part in the Zen practice of rice yantra designing and building, listen each evening to divine inspiring stories of Devi and sing kirtan.
“Navaratri is an attempt to reconnect with the underlying reality within, to tune the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness, to redirect life towards the goal of positive evolution.”
