10 week intensive program
Learn to integrate yogic aspects into your daily life
This course offers a rare opportunity to go deep within your Self using practical, self-reflective tools entirely derived from the yogic sciences. These tools will help you explore your inner potential and evolve in life. Ten weeks of living within the regularity and routine of the ashram environment will help you still the mind and senses, enabling you to find tranquility within. The principles of karma yoga will be introduced gradually and slowly increase in intensity as the qualities of awareness and the ability to witness improve. An opportunity for community service will help you apply the skills you develop and expand in the field of yoga.

Understand your Self and explore your inner potential
Yogic tools aim to help you explore your inner potential and evolve in life. In the yogic vision, age does not prevent anyone from expanding in knowledge, improving their health and well-being or changing their attitude and approach to life. Learn to understand your Self through different (self-reflective) practices, means and approaches entirely based on yogic science.
Breath Awareness ~ Change Your Attitude ~ Improve Your Health ~ Sankalpa (positive intention)
SWAN (journaling technique) ~ Yamas & Niyamas
Educate and focus your mind and senses - simplify your life. An ashram does not belong to anyone. An ashram teaches just one thing: observe decorum. Decorum means to stay within boundaries. Boundaries help to sharpen the mind and the senses enabling them to become still, focused and attentive. Stillness and focus lead to peace of mind and allow deeper insight into your nature. Use these three months to train your thoughts, change your habits and develop your character.
Change Habits ~ Develop Character ~ Focus ~ Non-attachment ~ Peace ~ Simplify ~ Stillness

You may practise raja, hatha, kundalini, mantra and bhakti yoga, but if you underestimate karma yoga, then all these yogas can lead you to a dissipated and dispersed state of mind. Everyone who is practising yoga should transform their daily activities through the philosophy of karma yoga.
