Cassettes, DVDs, CDs and videos are not accepted for return or exchange unless faulty. Books and other items are accepted for refund or exchange, within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.
The provision of the tax invoice you received with the order will greatly assist in supplying you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or in a damaged or un-sellable state will be exchanged/refunded at the supplier’s discretion.
