About Mahadevananda
I am a Satyananda trained teacher with 10 years experience. I am one of five teachers here in Alice Springs and currently teach a seniors gentle class (Tuesdays 3.30 - 5.00 pm) and a class for experienced students (Saturday 8.00 am). Classes generally include yogic study, mantra, asana, pranayama and meditation. Other classes we offer are Beginners Yoga, Level 2 (progressive) Yoga, General, Childrens' Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mother & Baby Yoga and Meditation. We hold kirtan on the first Sunday of the month at 5.00pm, Guru Bhakti sadhana and Devi and Mahamrityunjaya Havans monthly. Please contact me for further details.
