About Beautiful Yoga
Hari Aum!
My name is Beate. My yoga journey started about 14 years ago. Like many other people I was very enthusiastic about my asana practice, I did give pranayama a go and meditation, well that took even longer. And then my path led me to the Satyananda yoga ashram at Mangrove Mountain, and this is where I started my yogic studies. After my first two weeks in the ashram, I knew my life will be transformed and there is no way back. I have been amazed by the vast knowledge that was given to me and I have never looked back. Since then I have become a better partner, mother, friend, a better person. Living yoga and teaching it, is my passion, my saviour, my happiness, me! I enjoy teaching at Gymnasiums and my hope is to reach out to many different people and share my passion, as I understand yoga as a powerful tool to support our always changing journey through life. I also teach classes outside Gym.s where I feel I can offer even more to my students. It is important to me to upgrade my knowledge continuously.
